What you need

  • Chicken thighs or breasts
  • Baby potatoes, peppers and red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Chipotle Cowboy seasoning
  • Lime and coriander to finish

How to cook it

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C and add the potatoes, peppers and onion to a tray.
  2. Coat the chicken with oil and Chipotle Cowboy.
  3. Place the chicken on top of the veg and roast until golden and cooked through.
  4. Serve with lime, coriander, salad or warm wraps.

What you need

  • Chicken thighs or breasts, sliced

  • Olive oil and lemon juice
  • Flatbreads or pittas
  • Cucumber, tomato, red onion and tzatziki

How to cook it

  1. Toss the chicken with oil, lemon and Greek Odyssey.
  2. Pan-fry, roast or grill until golden and cooked through.
  3. Warm the flatbreads and load with salad and tzatziki.
  4. Add the chicken, wrap it up and serve with chips or rice.

What you need

  • Raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • Miami Mojo seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic and lime juice
  • Coriander and lime wedges to serve

How to cook it

  1. Toss prawns with oil, lime, garlic and Miami Mojo.
  2. Leave for 10 minutes while the pan, grill or BBQ heats.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Serve with lime, rice, salad or flatbreads.

A proper steak dinner without overthinking it. SPG gives the steak its savoury crust, then chips, salad or veg make it an easy midweek win.

What you need

  • Ribeye, sirloin, rump or your favourite steak cut
  • SPG Salt Pepper Garlic Seasoning
  • Chips, potatoes, rice or salad
  • Oil or butter for cooking
  • Optional greens or roasted veg on the side

How to cook it

  1. Pat the steak dry and season well with SPG on both sides.
  2. Cook in a hot pan or over the BBQ until the outside is browned and the inside is cooked how you like it.
  3. Rest the steak before slicing so the juices settle.
  4. Serve with chips, rice, salad or veg, then add the garlic butter below if you want to take it up a level.

SPG garlic herb butter

This is the extra five-minute upgrade. Melt it over steak, spoon it onto chips, spread it into rolls, or keep it in the fridge for chicken, veg and potatoes later in the week.

What you need

  • 100g softened butter
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or grated
  • 1 tsp SPG Salt Pepper Garlic Seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chives, thyme or rosemary
  • Optional lemon zest

How to make it

  1. Mix the softened butter with garlic, SPG and chopped fresh herbs.
  2. Add a little lemon zest if you want a fresher finish.
  3. Spoon straight over rested steak, chips or veg.
  4. Or roll in baking paper, chill, then slice into rounds for later.
