Hickory Hog Pork Rub
Description: Gentle smoke and savoury sweetness, helps pork caramelise and stay juicy. Great on belly, shoulder and sausages.
Best for: pork shoulder, ribs, pork belly
Suggested uses: Coat evenly, rest 10 minutes, cook low and slow or roast hot for crackle.
Chipotle Cowboy Chicken Rub
Description: Smooth smoke with gentle chipotle warmth, rounds out chicken without overpowering. Also great on veg and tacos.
Best for: chicken thighs, fajitas, burritos
Suggested uses: Rub and rest 10 minutes, pan roast or air fry, add a pinch to mayo for a quick sauce.
Revolution Beef Rub
Description: Big, bold and smoky, this one is all about beef. It adds instant depth to steak, brisket or chilli, whether you are cooking slow or fast.
Best for: steak, brisket, minced beef
Suggested uses: Season before grilling or stir into slow cooks and stews.
