Directions for use:
Shake before each use. Lightly sprinkle onto food before or after cooking. Let the rub infuse for at least 20 minutes, ideally overnight. Suitable for all cooking methods.

It’s our first seasoning to fuse ancient Aztec fire cooking with British roast tradition, built around achiote and classic herbs for deep, savoury warmth.

Achiote adds earthy, nutty depth with a hint of natural colour. It’s the backbone of traditional South American asado cooking, giving meat and veg that distinctive golden hue.

Use roughly 1–2 tsp per 500 g of food. Coat evenly with oil and rub it in before cooking. Let infuse 20 minutes or overnight for maximum flavour.

It’s a Mild–Medium rub, designed to add depth and warmth without overpowering. Perfect for family roasts and everyday cooks.
