The Yoder Smokers Grease Shield is a smart, simple accessory that helps preserve the finish on your YS640 series pellet grill.

Salt, acid, and hot grease are notorious for damaging paint and creating a sticky buildup that’s tough to clean. This front-mounted shield stops that mess before it starts — catching it in a slim-profile tray that’s easy to empty and wipe down.

A layer of high-temperature Nomex insulation lines the rear of the shield to minimise metal-to-metal wear. The removable rubber plug allows you to quickly drain or clean the catch tray between cooks.

Built to Yoder’s high standards and designed to integrate perfectly with your YS640 — this is an upgrade that pays for itself in time, cleanliness and protection.

Note: This shield is made for the YS640 Comp Cart and standard cart models. Compatible with pellet grill only.
