Sweet Embers - Cherry Cola BBQ Sauce

This is my go to sauce, it has so many layers from sweet honey, rum to to the warmth from the chilli. I’ve already stocked up for the summer as the neighbours request my chicken wings, which are coated in The Captain.

Beautiful sauce! I used it to marinate chicken wings for bbq and they were delicious. All my friends loved it. I also used it as dressing on salad. ?? Definitely recommended it. Happy customer!

Tropical Flame, heat that is a bit sweet. Lovely flavours of pineapple, coconut, heat from the habanero & jalapeño but not too much that they blast your taste buds off so you can’t taste anything else. Heat gently mellows to leave them tropical fruits dancing around your mouth. Goes great on wings, or add to a sauce to give a little more life. Excellent as a dipping sauce in its own right. 5*****

I used the Hawaiian Tropics as a warm sauce with duck breast and it was lovely! Exactly what it says on the label - Hibiscus all over with the right amount of sharpness
