BBC Good Food BBQ School Kit, Ready for a New Home
This Monolith ONE.55 has already done real work. As part of the BBC Good Food BBQ School setup, it has been used for live-fire cooking, demonstrations and hands-on BBQ education, giving it a proper story before it reaches your garden. It is a serious ceramic kamado for cooks who want to move beyond basic grilling and into charcoal cooking with more control, more flexibility and better results.

Premium Ceramic Cooking Without Overcomplicating It
The ONE.55 gives you the core Monolith kamado experience in a practical home-friendly size. The 44cm cooking surface is big enough for weekend cooks and family meals, while the ceramic body helps hold steady heat for grilling, smoking, roasting and baking. The included Smart Grid System makes it easier to build different cooking zones, so you can cook direct over charcoal, indirect with deflectors, or combine methods in the same session.
