Gentleman’s Choice is Waz’s bold tribute to oak-aged bourbon and the fresh tang of British apples. It’s rich, complex, and slightly cheeky — a true crowd-pleaser with layers of treacle, mustard, hickory smoke and just a flicker of cayenne heat.

This sauce is incredibly versatile. Glaze it over wings or pork belly. Mix into Bolognese or lasagne for a sweet, smoky hit. Stir it through roasted vegetables or drizzle on a burger. However you use it, expect flavour that’s both refined and rebellious.
