Blak Eldur – Sweet Chilli Sauce

BLAK ELDUR was born from Matt’s early kitchen experiments with homemade pineapple vinegar. Reimagined during a burst of summer creativity, this sauce layers fruit, fire, and finesse, blending jalapeños and cardamom for a punchy, versatile condiment that’s unlike anything on your shelf.

Use it like you would a Thai sweet chilli; but expect more zing, more flavour depth, and less sugar.

Tasting Notes:
- Sweet start, with sharp pineapple tang
- Earthy heat from green chilli
- Unique savoury finish from ground cardamom
