The Asado is built around juicy peaches, dried apricots, and a classic chimichurri style herb mix. The fruit gives it a soft sweetness that caramelises as it cooks, so you get a glossy, golden glaze on the grill or in the oven. Red wine vinegar and lemon juice cut through with a clean tang, while parsley, oregano, basil, garlic, and smoked paprika add depth and a gentle warmth.

The flavour sits in the mild range. It is lively and layered rather than hot, which makes it a safe pick for family cooks and mixed crowds.

How to Use
Glaze for grilled meats
Brush over pork belly, pork chops, chicken thighs, or lamb in the last few minutes of cooking for a sticky, herb flecked crust.

Seafood finisher
Spoon over salmon, prawns, or white fish after cooking, or use as a light marinade before it hits the grill.

Vegetable booster
Toss through roast carrots, peppers, courgettes, or corn on the cob. It gives veg a bright, almost barbecue style finish without heavy smoke.

Marinades and dressings
Stir into olive oil, yoghurt, or mayo for instant marinades, burger sauces, and salad dressings.

Cheese boards and wraps
Serve as a dipping sauce with cheese and charcuterie, or drizzle into wraps, paninis, and sandwiches for a sweet herb kick.
