Promotions covered by these terms

These terms apply where the relevant Smokey Rebel promotional material links to or refers to this page.

A. Smokey Rebel Christmas Giveaway

A free prize draw for the Smokey Rebel Christmas Giveaway package described in section 9 below.

B. Smokey Rebel × Game of Flames Experience Day Draw

A free prize draw for two places on the planned 2027 Smokey Rebel × Game of Flames outdoor experience day, described in section 10 below.

C. Event-specific instant rewards

At selected events, Smokey Rebel may also operate separate event signup promotions where participants receive or reveal an immediate promotional reward.

These event rewards are separate from the two free prize draws unless the relevant promotional material expressly states otherwise.

Promotional period

Unless a specific promotional page states an earlier closing point, entries to the Smokey Rebel Christmas Giveaway and the Smokey Rebel × Game of Flames Experience Day Draw close at:

Event-specific instant reward promotions may operate for shorter periods and may close when the relevant event or trading period ends.

The closing and redemption period for an event-specific reward will be displayed on the relevant event page, signup experience or reward notification.

Eligibility

Unless the relevant promotional material expressly states otherwise, the free prize draws are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of Smokey Rebel Ltd, anyone professionally involved in administering the applicable promotion, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.

The Game of Flames Experience Day also carries participation and safety requirements described in section 10.

How to enter

Entrants must submit their details using an official Smokey Rebel promotional entry route before the applicable closing time.

Entry routes may include a Smokey Rebel event landing page, a QR code displayed at a participating event, an authorised partner promotion, or a dedicated Smokey Rebel prize draw page.

The relevant promotional material will identify which prize draw or promotion the submission relates to.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Christmas Giveaway or Game of Flames Experience Day free prize draws.

Normal internet or mobile data charges imposed by an entrant's own provider may apply.

Valid entries

Entries must contain the information requested by the applicable entry form and must be submitted by an eligible individual.

Where an entry limit is stated on the relevant promotional material, that entry limit applies.

Smokey Rebel may remove duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid submissions, including submissions made in an attempt to circumvent an expressly stated entry limit.

Event-specific instant rewards

Selected Smokey Rebel event signup promotions may allocate or reveal an immediate promotional reward after a valid signup.

Depending on the event, rewards may include promotional discounts, Smokey Rebel products, seasoning cans, merchandise, BBQ goodie bags or other event-specific promotional benefits.

The exact reward, qualifying purchase requirement, minimum spend, eligible products and redemption conditions will be displayed or communicated with the individual reward.

Purchase-linked event rewards are separate promotional benefits. Making a purchase does not provide additional entries or improve an entrant's chance of winning either of the free prize draws.

Event reward redemption

Unless the individual reward expressly states otherwise:

• each event reward may be redeemed once only;
• purchase-linked rewards must meet any qualifying spend or eligible-product requirements shown with the reward;
• rewards may not be combined with another promotion unless expressly stated;
• rewards have no cash alternative;
• event-only rewards must be redeemed within the redemption period stated for that promotion; and
• proof of the reward, such as an email or on-screen confirmation, may be required at redemption.

Physical event rewards are subject to the availability stated for the relevant promotion.

Smokey Rebel Christmas Giveaway

One eligible entrant will win the full Smokey Rebel Christmas Giveaway package.

The exact seasoning selection may vary according to availability at the time the prize is fulfilled.

The prize is supplied as described and there is no cash alternative.

If a specific prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, Smokey Rebel may provide a reasonable substitute of equal or greater value.

Delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed directly with the verified winner.

Smokey Rebel × Game of Flames Experience Day

One eligible entrant will win two places on the planned 2027 Smokey Rebel × Game of Flames outdoor Experience Day.

The Experience Day is planned for 2027. The exact date, location, timetable and final itinerary are to be confirmed.

Participation in any field, stalking or shooting activity is subject to applicable law, the rules of the venue and professional operator, safety briefings, weather, land access and any reasonable participation requirements imposed for the safe running of the day.

The winner and guest must follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by the professional operator, venue, Smokey Rebel and Game of Flames.

If the selected winner has not already purchased tickets, the prize will consist of two places on the Experience Day.

Unless specifically included in the final Experience Day package, travel, accommodation, personal expenses and other incidental costs are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

There is no cash alternative to the Experience Day prize.

The date or itinerary may need to change because of weather, safety requirements, land access, operator requirements or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Smokey Rebel or Game of Flames.

If this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to offer the winner an alternative date or suitable equivalent arrangement.

Winner selection

After the applicable free prize draw closes, a winner will be selected from all valid entries received for that particular draw.

Each free prize draw will be conducted separately.

Winners will be selected using a computer-generated process designed to produce a verifiably random result. Smokey Rebel will retain appropriate records of the selection process.

Purchasing products, redeeming an event reward, spending more money or purchasing Experience Day tickets does not improve the chance of being selected.

Winner notification and verification

A provisional winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their valid entry.

Smokey Rebel will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner and may request information reasonably required to verify their identity, eligibility and entitlement to the prize.

If a provisional winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the period specified in the winner notification, is found to be ineligible, has breached these terms or cannot provide reasonably requested verification, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select another winner from the remaining valid entries using the same random process.

Prize fulfilment

Prize fulfilment will be arranged once the selected winner has been successfully verified.

Physical prizes will be supplied within a reasonable period following successful claim, subject to any delivery arrangements or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

Experience Day arrangements will be communicated directly with the verified winner once the final 2027 date, location and itinerary have been confirmed.

Winner information

Smokey Rebel may make available sufficient information to demonstrate that a valid prize award has taken place, such as the winner's surname and county.

A winner may object to their surname or county being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced.

Smokey Rebel may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulatory body if requested.

Personal information and marketing

Personal information supplied in connection with a promotion will be processed where reasonably necessary to administer entries, allocate event rewards, verify entrants, contact winners and fulfil prizes.

Information may be shared with relevant service providers or prize partners where reasonably necessary to administer or fulfil the applicable promotion.

For the Game of Flames Experience Day, relevant winner information may be shared with Game of Flames, the venue or the professional experience operator where necessary to arrange the winner's participation.

Marketing communications are handled separately. Where an entrant has agreed to receive Smokey Rebel marketing communications, they may unsubscribe at any time.

Unsubscribing from marketing after submitting an otherwise valid prize draw entry does not invalidate that entry.

Invalid entries, misuse and fraud

Smokey Rebel may reject or disqualify an entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• these terms or an applicable promotional condition have been breached;
• false or misleading information has been supplied;
• automated or bulk-entry methods have been used;
• an entrant has attempted to obtain entries or rewards contrary to a stated entry or redemption limit; or
• there has been manipulation, fraud or abuse of the promotional system.

Technical issues

Smokey Rebel is not responsible for entries, emails, forms or reward notifications that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of connectivity problems, email filtering, third-party platform failure or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not necessarily constitute proof that a valid entry was received.

Changes and circumstances outside our control

Smokey Rebel may suspend, amend or cancel a promotion where this becomes reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its control.

Any such action will be taken in a manner intended to minimise unnecessary disappointment and will not materially disadvantage participants who have already entered unless reasonably necessary.

Liability and participation

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to the above, Smokey Rebel is not responsible for loss, damage or disappointment arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with entry, reward redemption or prize fulfilment.

Participants in the Game of Flames Experience Day must comply with all reasonable safety instructions and participation requirements imposed by the professional operator, venue, landowner, Smokey Rebel or Game of Flames.

Acceptance of these terms

By entering a promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with any significant promotion-specific conditions displayed before or at the time of entry.

Smokey Rebel's decisions regarding the administration of a promotion are final, subject to applicable law and participants' statutory rights.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Participants retain any mandatory rights available to them under the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
