Promotion overview

The Smokey Rebel × Roost promotion consists of two separate promotional mechanics:

1. an instant event reward which is revealed after a valid signup and may be redeemable at the Smokey Rebel stand at Roost; and
2. a free Grand Prize Draw for a Fire & Flavour prize package with a stated combined retail value of more than £1,250.

Promotion period

The promotion opens at 00:01 BST on 21 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 23 August 2026 (“the Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be included in the Grand Prize Draw.

Instant rewards which require redemption at Roost must be redeemed during Smokey Rebel’s trading hours at the event and no later than the close of Roost on 23 August 2026, unless the individual reward expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Attendance at the Smokey Rebel stand is not required to enter the free Grand Prize Draw. However, instant event rewards which require in-person redemption can only be redeemed with Smokey Rebel at Roost.

Employees, officers and directors of Smokey Rebel Ltd, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the promotion, together with members of their immediate households, may not enter the Grand Prize Draw.

How to enter

To enter during the Promotion Period:

1. Visit the Smokey Rebel Roost promotional landing page or scan a participating Smokey Rebel event QR code.
2. Complete and submit the promotional entry form with the requested details.
3. Once a valid entry has been submitted, the entrant will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw and may also be shown an instant event reward.

There is no charge to enter other than any normal internet or mobile data costs charged by the entrant’s provider.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Grand Prize Draw.

Entry limits

A maximum of one Grand Prize Draw entry and one instant reward allocation is permitted per person during the Promotion Period.

Multiple submissions using different email addresses, aliases, automated systems or other methods in an attempt to obtain additional entries or rewards may be treated as invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to remove duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.

Instant event rewards

Following a valid signup, entrants may be allocated an instant Smokey Rebel event reward.

Rewards may include promotional discounts, free or complimentary products with a qualifying purchase, product upgrades, BBQ goodie bags or other promotional benefits.

Examples advertised during Roost include BBQ goodie bags with a stated value of £30.

The exact reward, qualifying purchase requirement, applicable products, minimum spend and redemption conditions will be displayed or communicated with the entrant’s individual reward.

Instant reward allocation and redemption

Instant rewards are allocated automatically through the promotion system according to the reward distribution configured for the event.

Unless the individual reward states otherwise:

• each instant reward may be redeemed once only;
• the reward is personal to the entrant and may not be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash;
• purchase-linked rewards must meet the qualifying spend or product requirements shown with the reward;
• rewards may not be combined with another promotional offer unless expressly stated;
• in-person event rewards must be redeemed at the Smokey Rebel stand at Roost during the applicable redemption period; and
• proof of the reward, such as the reward email or on-screen confirmation, may be requested at redemption.

Instant rewards and promotional stock are subject to availability. Where an advertised physical reward becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value.

£55–£60 promotional value example

Any reference in promotional materials to a customer making a qualifying purchase of approximately £20 and receiving approximately £55–£60 in total value is an illustrative example of selected instant reward outcomes only.

It does not mean that every entrant or every £20 purchase will receive £55–£60 in products or value.

The value received by an individual entrant depends on the reward allocated and its specific redemption conditions.

The Fire & Flavour Grand Prize

One valid entrant will win one Fire & Flavour prize package with a stated combined retail value of more than £1,250.

The prize package is intended to include:

• one Fire Mountain Fuji 24 Kamado;
• one Smokey Rebel Scout Fire Pit;
• one Smokey Rebel Inferno 3000;
• one Smokey Rebel Taco Wok;
• selected Smokey Rebel merchandise; and
• selected Smokey Rebel seasonings.

Product colours, sizes, flavours and accessory specifications may vary according to stock availability.

The stated prize value is based on normal retail values applicable at the time of the promotion.

There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

If any individual component becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that component with an item of equal or greater value.

Grand Prize winner selection

After the Promotion Period closes, one winner will be selected from all valid Grand Prize Draw entries.

The winner will be selected within five working days of the closing date using a computer-generated random selection process designed to produce a verifiably random result.

Purchasing products, redeeming an instant reward or spending more money with Smokey Rebel does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning the Grand Prize.

Winner notification and claim

The selected Grand Prize winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact details supplied with their entry.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner within five working days of the draw.

The winner must respond within seven calendar days of the notification being sent and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange prize fulfilment.

If the selected winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• does not respond within seven calendar days;
• is found to be ineligible; or
• fails to provide reasonably requested verification,

the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that entrant and select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.

Prize fulfilment

The Promoter will arrange fulfilment of the Grand Prize following successful winner verification.

The prize will normally be made available or dispatched within 30 days of the winner successfully claiming the prize, unless circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control cause a delay.

Delivery arrangements for larger items such as the Kamado, Scout Fire Pit and other outdoor cooking equipment may be agreed directly with the winner.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Winner information

The Promoter may make available the surname and county of the Grand Prize winner following completion of the draw, as evidence that a valid prize award has taken place.

Entrants may object to their surname or county being published or may request that the amount of information published is reduced.

Where a winner has objected, the Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulatory body if requested.

Personal information and marketing

Personal information supplied in connection with the promotion will be processed for the purposes of administering the promotion, validating entries, allocating rewards, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.

Personal information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion or fulfil a prize.

Where an entrant separately agrees to receive Smokey Rebel marketing communications, those communications will be handled in accordance with Smokey Rebel’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing after submitting a valid promotion entry will not invalidate that Grand Prize Draw entry.

Invalid entries, abuse and fraud

The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions;
• false or misleading information has been supplied;
• automated or bulk-entry methods have been used;
• an entrant has attempted to obtain multiple rewards or entries contrary to the entry limit; or
• there has been fraud, manipulation or abuse of the promotion system.

Technical issues

The Promoter is not responsible for entries or reward notifications which are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of technical failures, connectivity issues, email filtering, third-party platform issues or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not constitute proof that a valid entry was received.

Changes to the promotion

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so because of circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any change will be made in a manner intended to minimise disappointment to participants and will not materially disadvantage entrants who have already participated unless reasonably necessary.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be responsible for loss, damage or disappointment arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with entry, reward redemption or prize fulfilment.

Winners and reward recipients are responsible for using cooking equipment and other products safely and in accordance with any manufacturer instructions supplied.

Acceptance of these terms

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law and the rights of entrants.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Entrants retain any mandatory rights they may have under the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
