1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Smokey Rebel Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.

Registered office: Unit 3 Gateway, Castle Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3AG.

2. Competition Overview

The Aztec Gold - Every Can Wins promotion is run in connection with the launch of Smokey Rebel’s Asado Roast Rub seasoning.

Each participating can carries a QR code that allows customers to reveal a reward.
Some limited-edition cans also include a Gold Label and unique printed Gold Code, which can unlock physical prizes upon verification.

Unique Gold Codes are printed only on official Gold Label lids and are not published online.

3. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

• One entry per person per purchase. Customers who purchase multiple cans may enter multiple times.

• Employees of Smokey Rebel Ltd, its partners, suppliers, or agencies, and their immediate families, are excluded from participation.

• The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

1. Purchase a participating can of Smokey Rebel Asado Roast Rub during the promotional period.

2. Scan the QR code printed on the can or label.

3. Depending on the can type:

   • Standard cans: You’ll be directed to the Every Can Wins form and instantly receive one of the digital rewards listed in section 5.

   • Gold Label cans: You’ll be directed to the Gold Claim Form, where you must enter your unique Gold Code and contact details to verify your prize.

4. For Gold Label prizes, Smokey Rebel may request additional proof such as a photo of your Gold Label or code.

5. Prizes

Instant Digital Rewards (available to all participants)

Each scan of a participating standard can will randomly unlock one of several instant rewards, including:

Rewards are allocated automatically and cannot be chosen or exchanged.
Discount or offer codes are delivered via email following form submission and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Codes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

Gold Label Prizes (limited availability)

Customers who find a Gold Label can featuring a unique Gold Code can claim one of the following prizes upon verification:

• Grand Prize: Scout Fire Pit + Taco Wok (Up or Down model) + Inferno Fire Starter

• Mid-Tier Prize: Smokey Rebel T-Shirt

• Entry Prize: Smokey Rebel Cap

Total physical prizes available: 38.
Each Gold Label can corresponds to one unique code. Once verified and redeemed, codes cannot be reused.

6. Promotional Period

The competition opens on November 1st 2025 and closes on January 30th, or when all Gold Label prizes have been claimed, whichever occurs first.

Smokey Rebel reserves the right to end the promotion early if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

7. Gold Label Verification Process

• Winners must submit their details through the Gold Claim Form at smokeyrebel.com/find-the-gold.

• A valid Gold Code is required for all Gold Label prize claims.

• For major prizes (Fire Pit Bundles), a photo of the Gold Label can showing the code is required as proof.

• Smokey Rebel will verify each claim against its internal master list of unique codes.

• Verified winners will receive a confirmation email and their prize will be dispatched within 28 days of verification.

Smokey Rebel reserves the right to reject claims that:

• Contain invalid, duplicated, or previously redeemed codes;

• Are incomplete or fraudulent;

• Are submitted using false details or outside the promotional period.

8. Prize Fulfilment

• Verified prizes will be shipped directly to the postal address provided by the winner.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative items.

• If a prize is unavailable, Smokey Rebel reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

• Smokey Rebel accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed shipments once prizes are dispatched.

9. Instant Reward Conditions

• Digital rewards (discounts, shipping, or bundle offers) are issued automatically via Klaviyo email automation.

• Each reward code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Codes are valid for a single use per customer and may not be combined with other promotions.

• Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

10. General Conditions

• The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if technical or operational issues occur beyond its control.

• Smokey Rebel’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.

• By participating, entrants confirm that all information provided is true and complete.

• Winners may be asked for permission to have their name, region, and photo featured in Smokey Rebel marketing materials or social media posts.

• Entrants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfilment.

11. Liability

Smokey Rebel Ltd accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical malfunctions, lost internet connections, or failed form submissions;

• Damaged or misprinted product labels;

• Prizes lost in transit after dispatch.

Nothing in these terms shall limit Smokey Rebel’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
