Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 Tbs Wing Man Rub

Directions

Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
Soak the potato slices in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Drain and pat the slices dry with a kitchen towel to remove moisture.
In a large bowl, toss the dry potato slices with olive oil, Wing Man Rub Until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
