Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mince with Smokey Rebel Revolution Rub, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs, cooking until browned on all sides.
3. Add the tinned tomatoes and fresh tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Serve the meatball tomato mixture over a bed of mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
