Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and set aside.
3. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
4. Slowly whisk in the milk, cooking until the sauce thickens. Add in the grated cheese and Smokey Rebel seasoning, stirring until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Combine the cauliflower with the cheese sauce, then pour into a baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and additional cheese if desired.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
