BBQ / Chicken Wings

These whisky glazed chicken wings bring together bold BBQ flavour and peaty depth in one seriously addictive dish.

Using Smokey Rebel Wingman seasoning as the base, the wings are cooked until crispy, then coated in a sticky glaze made with Smokehead whisky, honey and butter.

The result is a balance of sweet, savoury and smoky flavour, with the whisky adding a rich, slightly smoky edge that cuts through the sweetness of the glaze.

This is the kind of dish that works just as well for weekend BBQs as it does for easy crowd food, and it’s built to pair perfectly with a glass of Smokehead on the side.

Instead of relying on heavy sauces, the seasoning builds flavour into the chicken first, so every bite holds up even before the glaze hits.
