Slow-Cooked BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tsp Hickory Hog

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic and the hickory Hog

  2. Place the pork shoulder on top of the mixture and generously cover with the barbecue sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
