Ingredients

  • 500g white fish (such as cod or haddock), skinless and boneless
  • 500g mashed potatoes
  • 150ml milk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 50g butter
  • 200g peas
  • 1 Table Spoon Miami Mojo

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, melt half the butter and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  3. Add the white fish to the pan, along with the milk, Miami Mojo. Cook for about 5 minutes until the fish is opaque.

  4. Fold in the peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Transfer the fish mixture to a baking dish and top with a thick layer of mashed potatoes.
  6. Dot the remaining butter over the mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
