1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
1 table spoon Holy Jalapeño Rub

Directions

Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, Holy Jalapeño Rub , and water until smooth.
Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
Place a muffin tin or Yorkshire pudding tray in the preheated oven with a bit of vegetable oil in each cup, ensuring the oil is hot before adding the batter.
