1 lb minced beef
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 cup peas
2 cups beef stock
2 table spoons Revolution Rub
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced onion and carrots. Sauté until softened.
Add the minced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the peas and beef stock, add Revolution Rub and let simmer for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
