Barbecue has been a lifelong passion deeply ingrained in me. Some of my most cherished childhood memories revolve around my father and me unveiling the smoker and firing up the grill during the 1990s at our family residence in Kent. During those days, BBQ smokers were a rare sight in the UK. The excitement of the entire process and the delectable dishes my father smoked had me captivated from a very early age.
