I’ve brought you HEAT but just enough to leave you with a great kick yet not overpowering you lose the gorgeous layers of flavour I bring to my sauces. Taste the silky, sweet honey first as your tastebuds then move onto complex notes of various spices from good quality rum, after which follows smokey Hickory undertones. But then…. that fabulous, carefully selected blends of Naga Ghost Chilli, Chipotle – to name a few – delivers that explosion of heat at the end!
